The architect-designed steel and glass pavilion provides a seamless experience of dining and relaxing whilst surrounded by magnificent views of the eucalypt forests, rolling mists and exceptional bird life. Superb sunsets can be enjoyed while relaxing in front of a warming open gas coal fire.

The living area is furnished with stylish leather lounges, digital television, CD/ DVD player and an IPOD dock. Reversal air conditioning also caters for year round comfort.

The kitchen is a modern and well equipped space with a dishwasher and Ilve stove. Spend time preparing and enjoying a meal next to the double sided fire while viewing the bush garden and valley beyond. There is also a gas barbecue by the outdoor terrace.  In warm weather indulge in a glass of wine and a meal al fresco as you  look out over the Grose Valley.

The separate second pavilion offers bedroom and bathroom accommodation. The main bedroom has an ensuite attached. All bedrooms are dressed with quality linen, electric blankets and cosy doonas. The main bathroom has shower, bath and laundry facilities including a dryer. There is also a TV room in this pavilion that offers an additional living area with VCR. Both the main and second bedrooms have a queen bed and views whilst the smaller third bedroom has two king single beds. Gas heating provides fast and efficient warming in the winter months.

The things we all commented on: - the bedding was wonderful, so often you are cold and don't feel comfortable when away from home.
We all loved the electric blankets and all of the beautiful bedding.
- the rooms were beautifully appointed and everything we needed was provided.
- the kitchen was completely stocked and we found everything we needed.
- I loved finding the bandaids and hot chocolate!
- the door code is great with a group and not having to worry about the key. We loved everything about it.
I cannot wait to bring my husband and other members of my family back to Hayview - a place I will never forget! "

"We enjoyed 5 wonderful days at HayView and wished it could be for longer.  Having stayed numerous times in the Blue Mountains at different locations, we would not bother looking at anywhere else now as HayView is perfect.  Apart from the amazing views, everything is provided of a high standard, with many personal touches to ensure it is less like a holiday rental and more like a beautiful home to stay in.  With beautiful Autumn weather and colours, we now hope to return to experience other seasons in the future."

"It has to be said that HayView rates as one of the most outstanding places in which I have had the pleasure to stay! Luxuriously appointed with everything one might need layed on and a view one could look at all day, from the glorious sunrise to the stupendous sunset. I loved the tranquility even though you're just a stone's throw from top class restaurants, coffee shops and shops that sell the most desirable objects! To the hosts: Thank you for sharing this exceptional experience."

"Hayview has the WOW factor. It is a truly unique place in a beautiful bush setting overlooking the Grose valley and yet only a few minutes to Leura village with fabulous eating places, shops, scenic drives and bush walks. The house is clean, modern and comfortable with cosy heating, contempory furniture and comfy beds. It was a great place to celebrate a special family occasion and accommodated 6 adults with ease. We all loved the special touches and treats such as the liquorice all-sorts, wine and scented oil diffusers. Thankyou Helen and Graydon for helping to make our stay a special event. We'll be back!"

Sue and Doug, Canberra, October 2012

"Your Leura house is wonderful (as you know) beautifully designed and superbly equipped. It is such a pleasure to be here. Thankyou very much for renting it to us - we will take special care of the place! All the best."

"Lawrie and I enjoyed Hayview immensely, and would encourage anyone to stay there if they were in the Blue Mountains area. The Living Pavilion was just amazing, as were constantly treated to a changing view across the valley, with wine in hand, of course!!
If ever in Leura again, I will certainly contact you, a beautiful stay indeed.
